List Templates
You can create reusable list templates for travel, cleaning, laundry, or closing the summer house by either copying a previously created checklist (see more about checklists under To Do) or creating a new one.
You create a new list template by pressing the List Template tile on the homepage and then pressing the plus button in the lower right corner.
When creating a list template, you can provide detailed information such as:
- participants
- title
- an optional end date
- categories
- tasks
Once you have created and saved a list template, you can use it to create new checklists or templates by pressing the three dots at the top right and choosing “Copy to checklist” or “Copy to list template.”.
Cirkl’s List Templates
Cirkl also offers a number of list templates that can be used as checklists, as many times as needed.
Examples of list templates include:
- cleaning,
- schooling,
- pets,
- packing lists,
- vacation homes,
- safety, and
- so-called Cirkl meetings.
Once you have created and saved a list template, you can use it to create new checklists or templates by pressing the three dots at the top right and selecting “Copy to checklist” or “Copy to list template”.
To illustrate how this works, let’s take a closer look at the list template “Checklist for School Start.”
This ready-made list template has been created so that you and your Cirkl can keep track of what needs to be done before the school starts. The list also works well if you have children attending preschool.
Some parts are about adding things to Cirkl to stay organized, while others involve updating the school with information, what may need to be purchased, etc.
How to save the ready-made list template?
Click on the “To Do” icon on the homepage. To the far right, there is a tab called “List Templates.”
If you want to use a list template directly, then press “Copy to checklist”.
If you want to create a list template that you can use over and over again, press “Copy to list template”.
Of course, you can modify the list so that it suits your Cirkl just right.
