Cirkl Meeting

Plan Together
Cirkl meetings are about gathering regularly to plan, distribute tasks, and check in with each other. You save time, reduce nagging & bickering, and improve communication.
How often, how long, and when can vary. Of course, there might be factors to consider such as the age of children, functional variations, and every-other-week families. Experiment to find the format that suits you best.
We have developed suggestions for different types of Cirkl meetings, including agendas that we hope will inspire.
Tip: Add a meeting invitation in the Cirkl calendar and create a ‘list template’ with the Cirkl agenda that you can use at each meeting.

Set aside extra time now and then with your child. No mobiles. Be present, curious, and actively listen. You obviously know your child best, but here are some question suggestions.
- How do you think the atmosphere is in our Cirkl/family. What works well. What works less well.
- How is it at school. Classmates, breaks, teachers, after-school activities.
- How is it with friends & buddies. Who do you get along with best. Anything bothering you. Any conflicts. Do you feel lonely.
- Which social media accounts do you follow that are fun. Is there anything you find difficult with social media.
- What are you and your friends playing most right now. Anything you can show me & tell me more about.
- What music are you listening to the most right now. Do you have a playlist you’d like to share with me.
