Det kan handla om n\u00e5got s\u00e5 litet som fem minuter med avslappnings\u00f6vning och mellanm\u00e5l p\u00e5 en parkb\u00e4nk p\u00e5 v\u00e4g till f\u00f6rskolan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rutiner &amp; struktur<\/strong> &#8211; skapa trygghet genom att l\u00e4gga in barnens aktiviteter, skolschema, l\u00e4xor, prov, uppgifter, kalas &amp; andra aktiviteter i Cirkl.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cirkls funktioner kopplat till mat <\/strong>(recept, m\u00e5ltidsplanering &amp; matink\u00f6p) &#8211; minskar stress, sparar tid, milj\u00f6 &amp; pengar.
